At  Aspire Pink, we’re happy to accept returns for exchange, store credit, or a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please ensure all items are returned with original tags, in unused, sellable condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Return Your Online Purchase

Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email us at info@aspirepink.com, providing your order number and proof of purchase. Our customer care team will assist you in starting the return process.

Step 2: Receive Your Prepaid Return Label
Our concierge will email you a pre-paid FedEx return label. Please ensure your items are in their original, unworn, and intact condition when preparing the return.

Step 3: Ship Back Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and affix the provided return label. Make sure to drop off the package at any FedEx location.

Step 4: Refund or Exchange Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund back to your original form of payment. If you prefer an exchange, we'll ship your new item immediately, provided it’s available.

Exchange Policy

Aspire Pink offers exchanges for different sizes or even completely different items. We will send your new item once the returned merchandise is in transit. In some cases, you may opt for an instant exchange, where the new item is sent before we receive the return. A hold will be placed on your credit card, which will be released upon confirmation of return shipment. If your return is not shipped within 21 days, your card will be charged for the new item.

In-Store Returns

For purchases made online, you can return or exchange your merchandise at any Aspire Pink store within the U.S. Please ensure the items are unused, with the original tags attached, and bring your order number as proof of purchase.

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. If you used a combination of a gift card and another payment method, the refund will be processed to the gift card first, followed by the secondary payment method.

At this time, stores cannot process exchanges initiated online.

Buy In-Store & Return Online

Love what you bought in-store but changed your mind later? Simply email us at info@aspirepink.com and follow our standard return procedure. All the rules of our online return policy apply. This service is currently only available within the U.S.

Fast Refunds with Reshop

We’ve partnered with Reshop to offer fast refunds! You can opt for a virtual debit card or have the funds directly deposited into your bank account. Once refunded, you can start shopping again, either with Aspire Pink or anywhere online.
