Eligibility for Returns
1. Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Condition of Items: All returned items must be in their original condition:
• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Tags must be attached, and the item should be in its original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for returns:
• Sale items or final clearance items.
• Gift cards.
• Personalized or custom-made items.

Return Process
1. To request a return, email info@aspirepink.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
2. Approved returns will be issued a return authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for shipping your item(s).

Return Shipping Fees
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• A $20 return fee will be deducted from the refund for items returned that are non-defective, unworn, or damaged by the customer.

Fraudulent Returns
• Inspection Process: All returns are subject to inspection. If items returned show signs of wear, damage, or alterations inconsistent with their original condition, they will be classified as fraudulent returns.
• Fraudulent Return Fee: A $20 fee will apply for any items deemed fraudulent. Aspire Pink reserves the right to refuse refunds for such returns.

Defective or Damaged Items
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@aspirepink.com within 7 days of receipt.
• Include photographs of the defect or damage to expedite the process.
• We will provide a pre-paid shipping label and replace or refund the item upon verification.

Refund Processing
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and approve the return.
• Shipping fees and $20 return fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges
• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
